    一轮出差后,被“简单护肤+去疲劳护理”的问题淹没了浴盐:简单+多用途。其实老早就写过了使用明细,所以不再浪费时间重述,大家去翻看就好了,也请别问我什么效果好不好,谁用谁知道浴盐:简单+多用途!加上护肤品嘛,哪个MM不曾用过一大堆,不曾挥金如土,但谁又能说出哪种{wn}见效?我自己的使用方向是尽量植物性、{ctr},不让皮肤xx为上策,所以若道不同,也没什么好同谋嘛。

    如果一定要写个小结,那我重申几个小点:

1)全家主要用手工皂从头洗到脚,若问哪款洗面奶、沐浴露、洗发水之类,我的确不知现在流行哪款哪个牌子哪种高科技。如果有草木灰,我还想着学西非妈咪们做呢----我觉得这是现代人玩“BACK TO原始社会”可行性较高的一项活动浴盐:简单+多用途

2)图中那瓶东西是“浴盐”,对我来讲也是今年开始狂喜欢用的多用途护肤品,主要用它去角质去死皮,另外用来泡脚感觉疲劳十分有效。

 

(20090629后记:顺带为小筑推荐好产品:外面的价格卖得实在太离谱了,一次性的一小包也要十多元,我购的250克才38元呢!而且医疗级镁盐、植物精油、有机干花等的材料质量{jd1}信得过浴盐:简单+多用途

    反正感谢同学nancy,在我购乳木果无香基底霜时她顺便搭单购浴盐,才让自己也发现了这个好东西,现在用得不亦乐乎。“浴盐”的学问也挺大,同样市面上的质量和价格也相当参差,但本月的确忙,直接上部分英文说明吧:

  • For a relaxing soak: Add two cups of Epsom Salt to the water in a standard-sized bathtub; soak for at least 12 minutes, three times weekly. For an extra treat, add a few drops of eucalyptus oil for a refreshing scent.
  • 芳香放松浴:在温水中倒入适量浴盐,一次泡澡15分钟以上,每周泡3次。
  • Foot bath: Add a cup of Epsom Salt to a tub of warm water as a popular balm for aching feet.

  • To exfoliate: Mix 2 cups of Epsom Salt with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Use the mixture to gently scrub away dry skin patches.
  • 去死皮:将约3勺浴盐与1勺基础油混合,使用这个混合物在角质层较厚的部位清请擦洗,然后清洗。
  • Facial: Mix 1/2 TSP of Epsom Salt into cleansing cream for a deep-pore cleansing. Massage on skin. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry.
