陶瓷球阀在纯碱行业的应用

目前我国的纯碱企业主要是采用氨碱法和联碱法进行生产的。氨碱法是以盐和石灰石为主要原料,以氨为中间辅助材料生产纯碱的方法。在盐水精制工序,粗盐水中Mg2+、Ca2+反应生成Mg(OH)2和CaCO3,形成盐水泥,盐水泥与蒸馏废液混合经澄清或压滤废清液(L1)排放,固态渣(S1)堆存。原盐用水(或海水)溶解成为粗盐水后,经过精制去除粗盐水中的Ca2+和Mg2+杂质,精制后的盐水在吸氨塔吸收氨生成氨盐水,氨盐水在碳化塔内吸收二氧化碳,生成NaHCO3悬浮液,悬浮液经真空过滤机得到的滤饼煅烧后即为纯碱产品,煅烧生成的二氧化碳气体返回碳化塔使用;过滤得到的母液加入石灰乳送往蒸氨塔蒸馏回收氨,回收的氨用于吸氨塔制备氨盐水。联碱法是以自合成氨装置生产的氨和二氧化碳及原盐为原料生产纯碱并联产氯化铵的方法。在制取纯碱过程,氨母液Ⅱ和二氧化碳在碳化塔内碳酸化后,生成NaHCO3悬浮液,真空过滤后的母液送Ⅱ过程,
滤饼煅烧后即为纯碱产品;在制取氯化铵过程,来自真空过滤机的母液经吸氨、换热后,在冷析结晶器中析出氯化铵晶浆,冷析后的母液在盐析结晶器中加盐继续析出氯化铵晶浆,盐析后的母液再经换热、吸氨、澄清后制得合格的氨母液Ⅱ,送往Ⅰ过程。冷析和盐析过程析出的晶浆,经稠厚、离心分离、干燥得到氯化铵产品。
这两种生产工艺,在纯碱和氯化铵生产过程中,都存在工艺流程长,系统母液温度较高,而且中成分复杂,不但含氨和高氯根,并含有一定数量的含钙、镁固体物,尤其在对废弃排放物的环保处理时,设备管道等的腐蚀、磨损极为严重,设备等的故障、检修频繁产生。因此提高设备的抗腐蚀、耐磨损性能对设备的安全稳定运行极为重要。尤其作为流体控制部件的阀门更是首当其冲。
