⑴密封面质量对阀门密封性能的影响阀门的密封面是指阀座与关闭件互相接触而进行关闭的部分。当密封面上的比压在40MPa以下时,密封面的质量对阀门密封性能起决定性作用。这是因为:当密封面上的比压小、表面粗糙度低时,泄漏量迅速增加。当密封面上的比压大时,表面粗糙度对泄漏量影响显著减小。

⑶阀前和阀后的压力差对阀门密封性能的影响从理论上分析,阀前、阀后压力差和泄漏量既成正比关系。但试验证明:在其他条件相同的情况下,泄漏量的增长是超过压力差的增长的。泄漏量与压力差之间的关系可以近似的以下式表示:
G=M(N△P2+S△P)式中:M,N,S——常数系数,这些系数取决于材料、密封表面的加工质量、密封面上的比压和其他条件;
