?Report to the Division Manager as well as to the General Management at the Group Headquarter in Germany.  
? Establish a team with solidary co-operation and efficiency
? Establish a work system according to the company’s QS –system
? Supervise the related persons to implement all of the regulations and rules
? Provide the leadership and coordination to the team members and complete the work tasks on time
? Support PE during APQP and PPAP
? Technical supports to  the  related customers for new product development and project management
? New product development, sample-making and customer services
? Ensure technology transfer with German headquarter


Requirements:
? University degree in heat treatment  or relevant
? At least 8 years experience, prefer in automotive industry, stay one company min 3 years
? Above 35 years old;  
? Quality understanding (TS16949, ISO 9001)
? Team work ability
? Good communicating skills with other department
? Innovative, creative thinking
? High accuracy and preciseness in interpreting and dealing with projects
? Responsibility
? Very good English or German, fluent in both(spoken and written)
