主要工作职责：

1. To fast grow our modern off-trade business so that we would become the 2nd leading foreign premium beer company in this channel within 2 years and be ready to challenge the No.1 position
2. Develop, implement and responsible for the volume and PL objectives in our National Modern off-trade strategy plan
3. Responsible for all major KA contract negotiation and follow up and secure the best result；
4. To establish the best modern off-trade team in beer industry
5. To ensure the best local execution in modern off-trade channel within the beer industry and always heading towards the other good FMGC company
6. Create synergy and align direction with our on-trade and wholesales business


任职要求和条件：
1. University degree or above
2. 8 years or above management experience in a marketing-driven FMCG company, like P&G…
3. More operational experiences in modern trade
4. Excellent PC skill,
5. Good command of spoken and written English;
Remarks：
1. Based in Guangzhou or Shanghai and Beijing, in Shanghai is better
2. Strategic business acumen and excellent analysis, negotiation skills
3. Ambitious, Result-oriented with unbeatable drive and energy
4. Open-minded, good communication skill, good team player and strong project management
5. Frequent travel (1/2) in China is required;
