热处理:将钢在固态下通过加热,保温,并以一定的速度冷却到室温,从而获得所需性能的一种工艺方法。

Heat-treatmentIt is a kind of process by heating the steel in solid, preserving heat and cooling down towards room temp at a certain speed to get required properties.

热处理的目的:通过改变组织达到改变性能的目的。

Purpose: change the properties by changing its organization.

任何一种热处理都要经过加热,保温,冷却三个过程,因此,加热速度,{zg}加热温度,保温时间,冷却速度就成为热处理工艺的四大要素。

Each heat treatment process needs heating, preserving and cooling. So the heating speed, highest heating temp preserving time and cooling speed are the four factors of heat treatment process.

热处理分类Classification:

整体热处理:退火、正火、淬火、回火 Overall heat treatment: annealing, normalizing, quench and temper

表面热处理:表面淬火(火焰、感应)Surface heat treatment: surface quench (flamesensing)

:渗碳,,渗氮,物xx相沉积法(各种涂层)

Chemical heat treatment : cementation , nitrocarburizing, Physical vapor deposition (kinds of coats)
