ABSTRACT:By using thread plug gauge and gear hob measuring machine as examples of measuring instrument of micron-displacement, the purposes and the principles of the signal conditioning in this kind of instruments are presented in this paper. The points of this paper are the circuit design and implementation based on one AD598 chip. The designed circuit was practically used in production.
