INGREDIENTS
eggplant (medium big)/茄子(中等大)

METHOD
1 bake the eggplants in the oven for at least hlf hour at 170 degree centigrade

2cool down and peel the eggplant

3 chop the eggplant very thin and add garlic a little, coriander fresh olive oil and few drops of lemon juice, adjust of taste
