Requirements-任职资格
1. 12+ years food MFG experience, 8+ supervisior experience, 5+ managemment experience (Operation director, facotry manager, vice GM or GM position is a MUST and manage more than 500 persons is a MUST)
2. Rich management experience and management skill on produciton areas, expert on production
3. strong leadership, can manage up 1000 workers for different area (produciton, quality, equipment, facility, technique)
4. Expert on team building, encouraging teams to achive goal (KPI),
5. Know details well and above details, System and wide thinking, Quick respsonse, Excellent Excuation capability, Flexbile
6. Remarkable --- Quality concept, cost senstive, problem solving skill
7. Food knowleage
8. Knowing ERP well, forcus on flow review and continual imporvment
9. Devoation, honues and handle pressure, decision maker, willing to work huge hours for long period
10. Stable
11. Exellent english speaking
12. purchasing, logistcal, account, HR and custoemr sales experience will be excellent
