冰堵、 脏堵现象和解决办法
Solution of ice barrier、filth blockage
大家都知道,空调属于一个半成品,三分看质量,七分看安装。因此当安装不到位时,或者因为移机,就可能有杂质和水进入空调系统内部,而导致脏堵、冰堵问题。而遇到上述问题,我们该如何判断和应对呢?
As we all know, air-conditioning belongs to semi-manufactures.usually,installation is more important than the quality.Therefore, there may have impurities and water into the air conditioning system which led to the ice
barrier and filth blockage if installation was not in place. When we face above problems, how did we judge and solve?
一、冰堵现象(发生几率较低);
冰堵现象产生是因为制冷系统内有水份,表现为空调一会儿制冷一会不制冷。
处理方法:拆开低压管用氮气反复冲洗管路。
一般冰堵发生位置是空调的毛细管,当该部位发生了冰堵,换毛细管就会不管用。解决方法是在确保无漏点情况下,换干燥过滤器、打氮气、抽真空、加制冷剂。
完整步骤:抽真空,打氮气,更换干燥过滤器,再抽真空(时间相对长一些),重新灌注,封口。
注意:{zh0}能找到漏点,这种情况一般出现在在低压部分。
解决冰堵比较简单的方法是,在加制冷剂时加入高浓度甲醇(酒精),可以彻底解决冰堵,而且不用担心真空没抽干净有水份。因为甲醇的熔点是零下93.9度。水份溶于甲醇中,在制冷系统中根本结不了冰,也就是说不会造成冰堵。但是对压缩机有一定的危害性,甲醇对压缩机线圈有一定的腐蚀作用(因此该做法一般不提倡)。
1, ice barrier (occurrence probability is small);
Reason of Ice blocking phenomenon: water exist in cooling system.
phenomenon:sometimes air conditioning could refrigerate,sometimes not.
Generally, this problem happened at air-conditioned capillary,if ice barrier happened in this place,change capillary was not enough to solve this problem absolutely.
Complete steps: vacuum,adding nitrogen,replace the filter, vacuum again(may spend longer time), re-perfusion, sealing.
Note: try your best to find the leak location,generally appear in the low-pressure system.
Simple solution: add some high concentrations methanol (alcohol) into refrigerants.this method could solve ice blocking completely,and it’s no need to worry about the system with water. Because the melting point of methanol was minus 93.9 degrees.Once water dissolved in methanol, the refrigeration system could’t freeze, and ice block could not happen. But compressor coil could be corroded by methanol (generally,the method of adding methanol is not advised).
二、 脏堵的现象;
如果脏堵,现象会和冰堵不同,表现为空调一直不制冷或制冷效果一直不好。
具体现象:空调吹自然风,不制冷,压力偏高,电流过大,有部分铜管结霜;压缩机工作声音发闷,并带有喘气声;室外换热器不热,一段时间空调会高压保护,均压以后又从新开机,反复不停……
空调脏堵的处理方法:
{dy}步,看空调铜管结霜处,然后放掉空调系统里的制冷剂,割开制冷系统,将氮气打进系统里,用氮气的压力,把制冷系统的赃物冲出,然后,用焊把系统封好,封系统的时候要注意,速度一定要快,不要让过多的空气进去,因为空气里带有水蒸汽,容易脏堵修好了,冰堵又会发生。等焊好后,要让铜管自然冷却,不要用冷水或其他的东西来冷却,那样冷却以后,铜管的内壁会产生氧化皮,掉在系统里。
第二步,将封好的系统,冲入氮气封好,饱压24小时,看压力表掉压了没有,如果压力下降,证明制冷系统没有封好,需要找出漏点,进行补焊。
第三步,将不掉压的制冷系统连上真空泵,抽真空;冲入制冷剂;{zh1}把空调安装好,运行几分钟,看系统是否运行良好。
2, filth blockage;
phenomenon:system can’t refrigeration or cooling effect is always bad..
Specific phenomenon: the air-conditioning blow natural wind, no cool air, high pressure, large current, some parts of pipe frost;running sound of compressor is bored,sometimes this sound liking wheeze;outdoor exchanger does not heat;unit stop frequently by high-pressure protection.
Air-conditioning filth blockage solution:
The first step: check frost position, then let refrigerant out from the air-conditioning system, cut the cooling system.add nitrogen gas into the system,making filth be rushed out by nitrogen’s pressure.then the cooling system of the stolen goods out, and then seal the system with the welding(Note: the speed of welding must be fast, in case air enter system) After welding, make pipe natural cooling, can’t cool pipe by cold water or other things,(in case come about oxide, and drop into the system.)
The second step: .add nitrogen gas into the system,check whether pressure gauge changed after 24 hours, if the pressure drops, that means sealed system is not good, need to find out the leakage point and repair welding.
The third step, vacuum-pumping by vacuum pumps;add refrigerant into the system.Finally,after A/C being installed, run a few minutes and check whether the system is running well.
