从60年代末开始研究、开发电液伺服阀,到90年代初已形成QDY1-QDY15系列电液伺服阀,流量1-500L/min,{zg}压力31.5MPa,各项性能指标达到或超过国外同类产品水平,在国内许多行业得到广泛应用,已形成年产500台(套)的生产能力。但QDY系列电液伺服阀(除QDY4系列外)的结构为双喷嘴挡板式,工艺复杂,不仅加工困难,而且易受油液清洁度的影响,为保证QDY系列电液伺服阀的正常工作,必须保证油液清洁度不低于NASl6387级。国外在90年代初已开发了直接驱动式电液伺服阀,作为双喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的补充和发展。目前,国外能生产这种直动式电液伺服阀的厂家只有德国MOOG公司、BOSCH公司和意大利的ATOS公司。我所已于2000年成功地开发出了一种抗污染能力强、动态指标高、结构简单且成本较低的直动式电液伺服阀。目前已具备小批量生产直动式电液伺服阀的能力。 1 主要特点 QDYD直动式电液伺服阀的驱动装置是永磁式力马达,用集成电路实现阀芯位置的闭环控制,对中弹簧使阀芯保持中位,直线力马达克服弹簧对中力使阀芯在两个方向均能偏离中位,平衡在一个新的位置,解决了比例电磁线圈只能在一个方向产生力的不足之处,阀芯位置闭环控制电子线路固化为集成块,用特殊的连接技术固定在电液伺服阀内。QDYD系列电液伺服阀同传统的QDY系列电液伺服阀相比,有以下几个特点: (1)取消传统电液伺服阀中的喷嘴挡板组,降低了制造难度,而且提高了电液伺服阀的抗污染能力,可达ISO4406 18/15。 (2)用大功率的直线力马达替代小功率的力矩马达。力马达主要由导磁体、磁钢、衔铁等零件组成。这些零件的结构、材料及加工工艺性是决定力马达性能的关键因素。因此我们通过对导磁体和高磁能积磁钢进行反复试验确定导磁体及磁钢的材料;在直线力马达的驱动衔铁上采用滚珠支承,减小了机械摩擦力。通过特殊加工,减小阀芯、阀套的配合间隙,提高了圆度和圆柱度。 (3)用微型位移传感器替代工艺复杂的机械反馈装置,将阀芯位移信号反馈到伺服放大器,与直线力马达形成一个闭环位置系统,通过采用原边短路补偿方法,解决了零点剩余电压问题,使位移传感器的分辨率达到1μm,大大提高了力马达的动、静态特性。 (4)微型伺服放大器与阀体采用整体式,用差动变压器控制阀芯位置,将位置信息反馈到比较环节,与马达形成一个闭环位置控制系统。电路上采用小电感大电流电磁线圈,在驱动级的功率放大级中,用反馈卸载式功率驱动电路代替传统的功率驱动电路,减小了驱动电流上升和下降的时延。 (5)在停电、电缆损坏或紧急停车情况下,电液伺服阀均能自行回到中位。 (6)一旦工作油液被污染,传统的喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀的喷嘴或节流孔极易堵塞。万一堵塞,将使阀芯推向一边,造成执行机构"飞车"等严重后果。而直动式电液伺服阀克服了这种对伺服控制系统构成的潜在危险。 2 主要技术指标 新型QDYD电液伺服阀和传统的QDY6电液伺 服阀主要性能指标对比结果如上表所列。QDYD电液伺服阀的性能指标已经接近或超过国外同类型电液伺服阀。该阀的价格与传统的QDY6型电液伺服阀价格相当,是国外同类产品的1/3,但其性能相当。 3 应用范例 直动式电液伺服阀主要应用在以下几个行业: (1)冶金行业:压下控制、纠偏机构、张力控制、电炉电极自动升降恒功率控制等; (2)轻工机械行业:注塑机、包装机等; (3)工程机械:xx挖掘机、推土机、振动式压路机、清洁车等; (4)电力工业:水轮及汽轮机调速机构; (5)火炮控制机构、坦克及直升机试车台; (6)航空航天工业:卫星、导弹、火箭、飞机的模拟加载装置等; (7)其它:游戏机、地震模拟车等各种模拟机。 新型直动式电液伺服阀的面世,解决了传统的QDY系列电液伺服阀的抗污染能力差的难题,进一步提高了电液伺服阀的工作可靠性,扩大了电液伺服阀的应用领域,同时也使电液伺服技术发展成为内涵更丰富的完整的自动化技术。
