Job DescriptionJob Purpose: Hewlett Packard Mobility Solutions is a pioneer of Device Management technology and solution provider for carriers and enterprise customers, and is looking for a talented, technical professional Solution Architect. Major responsibility of this role involves system analysis, solution design, RFP support, customer negotiation, requirement management, a certain level coding involvement and UAT support. Rich wireless application experience and telecom solution knowledge is key success factor for you. Great candidate would work with both customer/partner and development/QA smoothly, demonstrates his hands-on capability to gain technical leadership. Reports to: Solution team lead/manager Work with: Development team, QA team, deployment team, PM, Pre-sales/Sales/account, Professional Service, 3rd party, product manager and customers. Job description: 1. Analyze customer system and requirement and translate them into solution based on our DM product. . Work as consultant to customer senior management, propose technology strategy of MDM. 3. Technical support to pre-sales and Sales during RFP and bidding process. . As requirement owner, collect requirement from various channels, customers, marketing, QA, PS, etc. working with product manager actively to draft and manage FRD for projects, translate business requirements into correct complete, consistent, unambiguous, feasible and traceable technical requirement. 5. Work with carrier customer to document specifications . Follow up implementation and take on some development tasks in order to keep engaged with detail. 7. Work with development PS and QA team to deliver the software to customer and finish UAT in order to finally close the contract.
Job RequirementQualification
Job Requirements & Skills Required Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in consulting, architect design, requirement analysis for large and complex Telco projects. Strong knowledge in Unix Servers, Storage, Network, Application server(weblogic), database(Oracle) and shell programs. Rich experience in telco projects and rich knowledge of different telco technologies. Familiar with G, GPRS, S gateway, Terminal, Channel, Telecom architectures. Deep knowledge of architecture framework, requirement analysis, use case analysis, process and methodologies. Strong ability to lead teams in complex engagement pursuits. Good counication skills both in Chinese and English. Good coand of customer counication skills. Good coand of coaching/presentation skills. Good team work. Knowledge in OMA-DM, OMA-DL, and MDM product is a PLUS Style: Open, innovative, specific, passionate and organized.
