请教有关pp的问题.急

小弟的国际卡因名字错误拿去改.后来三个星期还没改过.又拿回来了!说什么总部那边仍旧把错误的搞过来(脑子是不是有问题啊.名字{dy}次弄错.第二次仍旧会把错的写上去.XX)
现在申请pp出现:
his credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.
把我的卡给废掉了???没搞错吧
相关不雅词语已经删除。有问题可以问，有不满可以说，有意见可以提，有牢骚可以发。但请注意遣词造句，谢谢。
