在高温除尘领域中,有很大一部分是解决高温烟气的净化。本文运用面向对象的编程并结合三维机械设计及图像处理技术,设计开发了一种烟气温度在1000±200℃范围内的2800NM3/h高温旋风除尘器的三维仿真产品模型。
首先,基于高温旋风除尘器的除尘特性并综合考虑了节能、环保、材料及制造等因素,借助于SolidWorks三维机械设计软件及图像处理技术,对新型陶土高温旋风除尘器进行结构初步设计,建立其结构基本模型。然后,运用面向对象的编程技术对基本模型进行可视化的交互结构设计,得出合理优化的产品结构尺寸。{zh1},完成新型2800NM3/h高温旋风除尘器详细结构的部件图、装配图以及工程图设计。
所开发的新型2800NM3/h
陶瓷高温旋风除尘器具有耐高温,不易变形、抗氧化、耐腐蚀、强度高等优点,其主体旋风子结构具有模块化特征,经过并列组合,可形成在不同烟气量条件下的系列化高温除尘器产品。

Developing Design and Analysis of a 2800NM3/h New High Temperature Ceramic Centrifugal Separators
ABSTRACT
The thesis aims at designing and exploiting a new kind of
high-efficiency cyclone to solve the problem of heat the dust
separate of high temperature dust gas (about 1000±200℃) in many
process industrys, by meanings of the object-oriented program, 3-D
mechanism design and image handling technology.
Firstly, on the basis of the high-efficiency cyclone’s
characteristics and such factors as energy saving, environmental
protection, materials and manufacture, ect., meanwhile, using the
software SolidWorks 3-D mechanism design and image handling
technology to form the basic structure of the model, the basic
structure of the high temperature ceramic high-efficiency cyclone
can be preliminary designed.
Secondly, using the object-oriented programming software which can
design and analysis the structure of the initial model , the
optimized dimension of the high-efficiency cyclone can be got.
Finally, the purposes of accomplishing the exploitation and
development of 3-D part drawing, assembly drawing and engineering
drawing of the new high temperature ceramic high-efficiency cyclone
can be realized.

characteristics such as high temperature resistant,corrosion
