正 文 ] 1 工程概述
香溢大酒店地处杭州市繁华的商业、金融中心,位于老城区解放路中段,东靠火车站,西邻西湖。大厦由地下2层、地上21层、中间2层技术层组成,是集客房、康乐、会议、餐饮、酒吧为一体的四星级宾馆。建筑面积为3.2万m2,建筑高度为75m。
大酒店裙房给水系统、主楼给水系统,地下室污废水排水系统,消火栓、自动喷水灭火系统等设计要满足使用功能,系统中水泵的选择较为关键。水泵的特性、参数、价格、售后服务直接关系到系统投入运行时的稳定、安全及固定设备一次性的投入和水泵的日常维护和保养。在设计调研过程中,我们经过对各水泵参数的分析比较和对工程实际应用情况的考察,{zh1}选用了DL、QW、XB等系列水泵。现提出设计选用水泵的一点认识和体会,供大家参考。
2 给水泵的选择
香溢大酒店生活给水采用上行下给方式,即市政给水管网两路环网供至地下生活水池,水泵分别提升至裙房、主楼屋顶水箱,然后以重力流至各用水点。水泵的启停由液位控制仪来控制。采用上行下给这种供水方式,屋顶水箱起到了中间调节作用,水泵启动运行时
Q~H值较恒定,Q~H值不随用水点水量的大小变化而变化,设计中选择水泵只要满足计算Q~H值即可。但应注意所选择水泵的Q~H值不宜大于设计计算的Q~H值很多,一般宜控制在大于设计计算Q~H值5%左右。按上述原则,我们在设计中裙房、主楼给水系统水泵选定为65DL3215×3和80DL5020×5型水泵。上述水泵参数见表1。
3 排水泵的选择
香溢大酒店地下2层设有水泵房、空调机房等设备用房及洗衣房、职工餐厅、浴室、厕所等服务用房。设计采取分别设置污废水的集水池来收集污废水,然后用潜水排污泵分别提升输送至室外化粪池和市政排水管网。要使地下室污废水排放畅通,在选择排污泵时要考虑到地下污废水特别是粪便水中含有较多的线状物质。排污泵要具有一定的抽吸、撕裂线状物质的功能,否则易造成排污泵的堵塞,损坏电机。经综合分析后,设计中选定了100QW系列潜水排污泵。该系列泵具有抽吸20cm以下线状物品的功能,且内部设有自动探头,能有效地控制过载、渗漏、短路,特别适用地下室污废水的抽吸。
排污泵选择还应考虑一次抽吸时间,这关系到排污泵每小时启动次数和集水池容积大小。参考有关资料,一般排污泵一次抽吸时间不少于5min,我们在设计中将排污泵一次抽吸时间定为10min,集水池容积为5m3。这样排污泵启动约2次/h。集水池深度一般为1.2m
较合适。 4 消防水泵的选择 香溢大酒店属一类高层民用建筑,根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》要求,消防用水量为:
a.室外消火栓Q=30L/s,火灾延续3h; b.室内消火栓Q=40L/s,火灾延续3h ;
c.自动喷水灭火系统Q=30L/s,火灾延续1h。
消防系统供水方式按"高规"要求:"当静水压力大于0.8MPa时要采取分区供水",为此设计中采用分区并联供水方式。
消防系统供水方式确定后,消防系统设计的关键在于消防设备的选择。按"高规"规定,消防水泵需1用1备。这样消火栓高区、低区要设4台消防泵,自动喷水灭火系统高区、低区要设4台消防泵,两个消防系统需设8台大功率、大流量消防泵。在设计调研中,发现水泵行业推出了一种新型的多出口消防泵,该泵同时具有向高区和低区供水的能力,这样只要选用
4台消防泵即可满足消火栓、自动喷水灭火两大系统高低区供水要求。查阅了生产厂家多出口消防泵的技术参数后,有一个问题困惑了设计者,即每幢建筑物的火灾着火位置是一未知数,如果火灾发生在高低区分界层时,高区、低区消火栓、自动喷水灭火系统同时开始喷水灭火,此时消防水泵高低区出水口同时开始出水,消防水泵的流量、扬程还能达到设计要求吗?经向生产此类消防泵的厂家有关技术部门咨询,均未得到满意答复。带着这个困惑要求消防泵生产厂家对消防泵作有关分界层技术参数试验。1998年1月19日,我们对设计选定的"XB"系列多出口消防泵进行了流量、扬程测试。在测试前设定了一组参数,即高区单独出水、低区单独出水、高低区同时出水,测试得参数见表2。
从以上测试数据来看,"XB"系列多出口消防泵Q~H曲线变化较平缓,xx能满足分区上下层同时出水的要求。多出口消防泵对高层建筑室内消防给水系统供水是可靠的,系统是经济的,可以说是比较理想的消防供水系统。
5 小结
建筑给排水设计特别是高层建筑给排水设计,每个系统对水泵都有不同的技术、使用要求。要使各系统都能正常、安全、高效地投入运行,给排水设计中水泵的选择应综合考虑水泵特性、参数、适用范围、水泵生产厂家的生产技术力量及水泵的价格等各方面因素。对于新开发研制的水泵,特别要了解清楚各种技术参数、适用范围,这样给排水系统投入使用才能稳定、安全、经济。
