摘 要 介绍了一种潜水泵与卧泵的串并联运行方式,该方式既可以用于矿井恶劣环境下的排水,也可以作为卧泵的一种新型启动方式。   关键词 水泵组合 运行方式   随着我国矿山开采深度的不断增加,矿井所面临的水患问题也日益加重。因此, 研究水患治理方法、探索各种组合排水方法显得越来越重要。本文根据河南矿山抢险救 灾 排水站多年抢险排水的实践经验,总结出了水泵的一种新型组合运行方式,对广大矿山企业 组织矿井排水、处理突发水患、节约成本、减少损失,有很高的使用价值。   1 传统水泵组合运行方式分析和新组合方式的提出传统水泵组合运行方式有串联运行、并联运行、串并联运行。典型的模式有8种,如图1 所示。   图1 传统水泵组合运行方式(略)   以上方法中a~f 在生产矿井中应用较多,方法g在抢险排水中应用广泛,方法h为河南矿山 抢险救灾排水站为解决现有设备难以达到超深矿井抢险排水要求而设计的大功率潜水电泵串 联运行方式。以上组合方式虽然繁简有异,但在组合思路上均没有重大突破,其实质是卧泵 串联直接对接,潜水泵通过容器倒水串联。 通过对以上组合方式的分析归纳,以及实践经验的不断总结,我们利用潜水泵的接力思 路提出了一种新型组合方式,即潜水泵与卧泵串联,如图2。   图2 新型组合运行方式(略)   2 新型水泵组合运行方式的特点和实践应用   通过不断的实验和实践应用,我们得出这种新型组合运行方式具有以下特点:   (1)利用低扬程、大流量的潜水泵作为卧泵的供水泵,实际上是一种有别于卧泵吸入 式起 动和高水位自流压入起动的第三种低水位动力压入式卧泵起动方式。它具备压入式排水的特 点,即叶轮一般不会产生气蚀现象,显著提高卧泵排水效率,无需真空泵和射流泵等起动设备。这种组合作为一种卧泵起动方式的可靠性、安全性和总运行效率很好。   (2)潜水供水泵的引入,极大地延伸了卧泵的“吸程”,由此带来卧泵应用范围的极大扩 展,特别是适应恶劣环境的能力大大加强。卧泵体积大,运行可靠,环境要求高,只能放置 在易于放置的地方。供水泵(潜水泵)体积小,易于运输,不怕水患,环境要求低,可放于 水中。例如在云盖山二矿突水事故中,{wy}的排水点与主巷的连接通道是一小断面斜井,倾 角45°,高差达30m,根本不具备3英寸以上卧泵安放条件,采用小卧泵群泵排水,空间也有 限,因此我们建议将主泵置于大巷中,采用低扬程、大流量潜水泵作为供水泵,直接与卧泵 相连,极大地提高了排水能力,运行效果良好。   (3)供水泵扬程较低,水压较小,与卧泵的联接管路可以采用软管,安装方便可靠,移动 灵活。派两人看守潜水泵,可实现动态追水,同时对无固定积水点的情况了解也更为方便。    (4)在斜井追排水时,由于“吸程”的延伸,减少了移泵接管的次数,争取了排水时间。 在边排水边修巷的情况下尤为方便。   该种组合方式已成功应用于新密市养钱池煤矿、新密市仁岗煤矿、禹州市云盖山二矿。 其中在养钱池煤矿已运行6个月,在修复塌方巷道中显示出极大的便利性和效率,特别是在 2004年5月11日的禹州云盖山二矿突水事件中,采用此方法加大了排水能力,争取了时间,挽救了数名矿工的生命。
