Beware of this shop


I personally deal with this shop at haiyo mall lately, the owner of the shop are not honest, i bought a wedding gown from this shop, the owner of the shop promise to send the gown to me at one week time (according to her she is using air delivery,), but she fail to do so and i get my gown at 0ne month time, some more i get the dirty gown and can not be change.


this owner is a woman, she now put the ad in this website with title婚纱批发更便宜,don't get cheat from this lauzy boutique...

she use to sell 2nd hand gown , i tot. cz my friend also facing the same problem after she get the gown.


so beware of this shop, never get cheat...

i also face the same problem, but i am not buying gown. i bot  cheong sam from the same owner,



also at haiyo mall, this lady call angxxla, she got few shops in haiyo mall. one is for wedding gown, one is for cheong sam (qi pao), i bot it in bulks (few pcs), at 1st she give good service to you, she will promise everything, once you order, she will give lots of excuses regarding the delivery date.mine one she use sea delivery, she said 3 weeks can be reach. but, finally the products reach to me around 2 months.

she is very talent using tactic : don't wanna answer client call, i told her i need the products urgently cz and my relative and friends urgently need the cheong sams, and they keep calling me d, she teach me don't answer the calls from my friends who bot it  together with me to avoid problems and trouble from them.

so don't get cheat from this super duper pariah shop.

try to be friend with her, you will get many dark site story from her, ps: she only can communicate with chinese ,she is from sarawak.

1. how she treat clients. normally dun answer client call, try to pretend pitty once she over  promise, try to throw all responsibility to third party: agent late, supplier late, agent "s pc sorok by the father and can not help her made payment to supplier and cz her late..all this wired excuses...

2. she is very dishonest.i try to get wholesale price from her for purchase in bulks, she said she earn not much, she can give little discount only, then she try to cheat me by mark up the price in haiyo mall shop few dollars, then she said she alr give discount from the original price( p.s: the price she give after discount is same like what i saw in the 1st time in her haiyo mall shop) guys, do you think she is reasonable????



so if you all need gowns urgently better don't get it from this shop. she will delay it by many many excuses.   

i am one of the buyer too...last time i try to rate this shop in haiyo mall with negative comment after received my gowns, she already deleted the comment ( base on haiyo system, the seller can cover up the negative comment from buyers by self rate (by seller), the more good comments the seller rate on their products, they can cover up the negative comments end of the day, and gain back high rating).

this heartless lady try to charge me additional postage (before get the gowns she already charge me the postage fee) after she posted out my gowns, she give lots of crazy excuses : she do the wrong calculation on the postage d, so i must top up for the remaining balance.
i really piss her off on this...suppose she is the one who need to bear the remaining balance...y  i must bear it because of her lost count or miss count???

what a funny excuses??

wah??i tot i am the one who r the victim. so many jimui here experience the same things....sunflower, i suggest you can make a complaint to FOMCA or some others parities... i already complaint it ....it really a big black spot to my wedding, i feel unhappy with this even my hubby too.
