产品结构原理
主电机带动转鼓全速旋转，物料由进料管引入。在力作用下，液相物穿网及转鼓壁滤孔排出转鼓，经排液管排出机外，固相物截留在转鼓内，形成环形滤饼层。进料达到预定容积后停止进料，进一步分离，同时可进行洗涤。洗涤、分离结束，刮刀自动旋转，将固相物刮下经集料斗排出机外，然后自动洗网，开始下一个循环。

GK系列离心机是一种卧式宽刮刀卸料、自动控制、连续循环工作过滤机离心机。能在全速运转下循环实现进料、分离、洗涤、脱水、卸料、洗网等工序。具有结构新颖、运转平稳、操作方便、适用范围大、自动化程度高、劳动强度低等特点。适合分离含固相物粒度大于0.015mm，浓度范围在25-60%的悬浮液。防爆型可用于易燃易爆的固液分离。适用于化工、化肥、食品、制药等行业。

Model GK Horizontal Scraper Centrifuge Main Products Types GK800-N GKF800-N GK1250-N Structures and Principles The main motor drives the inner and outside basket to rotate at the full speed,material being fed into through afeed pipe.Under the centrifugal force,the liquid is discharged out of the basket through filiter screen and the holes of the basket,and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid,while the solid deposits in the basket as aring layer of cake.Feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount,then further separation,and washing at the same time.After the washing and the separation,the scraper rotates automatically,scraping the solid and discharging it out of the machine through sludge outlet.Then the screen is washed automatically,and another cycle begins.
