常州联合工具有限公司（LH）是一家专业电镀锌镍合金的电镀企业，位于江苏省常州市武进高新区西湖路9号联合工业园9号厂房，交通便利，距离沿江高速公路武进（常州南）出口不到1公里。公司注册资金310万元，厂房面积4000平方米，自行配套废水处理站，废水处理量为100吨/天。镀种有锌镍合金，锌；滚镀，挂镀均可；可以进行电泳加工。现在已建成5条自动生产线，能满足客户的多方面电镀要求，本公司已于2008年通过清洁生产绿色企业证书。现在进行ISO/TS16949:2009和ISO9001:2008的评审，大约在2010年1月通过。 

LH is an enterprise specialized in the electro plating of zinc-nickel alloy. LH is located in the Wujin High-tech Zone, which is less than one kilometer from the Wujin entrance to the Expressway along the Yangtze River. LH has a registered capital of 3,100,000 yuan and a workshop area of 4,000 squared meters, a wastewater disposal station with a handling capacity of 100 ton/day. Our service includes electroplating of zinc-nickel alloy and zinc, both in barrel electroplating and rack electroplating, as well as electrophoresis process. Now LH has five automatic production lines. LH has got a certificate of green enterprise for processing cleanly. Now LH is going through the appraisal of ISO/TS16949:2009 and ISO9001:2008, which will be finished by the January of 2010.

4.滚镀锌镍合金线（1500升，两个滚筒，普通产品100公斤/小时）

挂镀锌镍合金+三价铬透明钝化+封闭镀层厚度为8-15微米，金属镍含量控制在12-15.5%

盐雾试验抗白锈超过240小时，耐红锈超过720小时。符合TL244大众公司要求。

 挂镀锌镍合金+六价铬彩色钝化。镀层厚度8-15微米，金属镍含量控制在12-15.5%。白锈超过800小时，红锈超过2000小时的高耐蚀性能。

 紧固件滚镀锌镍合金+三价铬透明钝化+封闭。厚度8-15  微米，金属镍含量控制在12-15.5%。盐雾试验抗白锈超过240小时，耐红锈超过720小时。符合TL244大众公司要求。

 三.检测设备 Inspection and Testing Equipment

荧光测厚仪FISCHERSCOPE  X-RAY用于测量涂镀层厚度及成分，分析合金成分，测量镀液主盐离子浓度。

X-ray Fluorescence Coating Thickness Gauge，Measuring the thickness of coating and its contents, analyzing the contents of alloy, measure the thickness of salt ion concentration in the electroplating solution.

符合汽车行业配套要求的250型盐雾试验箱。

Salt Spray Tester，Meeting the requirements of Auto industry
