国家质检总局前不久对天津、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、河南等8个省、直辖市33家企业生产的33种安全阀产品进行了监督抽查。经检验,本次抽查安全阀产品的壳体强度、整定压力等指标单项符合率达到{bfb}。抽查中发现有6种产品不合格。 此次抽查依据推荐性国家标准GB/T12241-2005《安全阀一般要求》、GB/T12242-2005《压力释放装置试验方法》、GB/T12243-2005《弹簧直接载荷式安全阀》规定的要求,对安全阀产品的壳体强度、密封性、整定压力、排放压力、回座压力、机械特性、排量或排量系数、开启高度、阀门标志、外观质量等10个项目进行了检验。 有1种产品机械特性出现颤振现象,颤振会引起管道剧烈振动而引发其它事故的发生。机械特性是指设备在工作时,安全阀动作必须稳定,应无频跳、无颤振、无卡阻等现象。 有3种产品排放量不合格。在使用过程中不能尽快地将设备内的压力释放,不利于设备的安全。推荐性国家标准GB/T12243-2005《弹簧直接载荷式安全阀》规定,安全阀的排量系数应达到或超过铭牌规定值。 有1种产品排放压力超过标准规定的要求,在规定的压力内无法释放压力。推荐性国家标准GB/T12243-2005《弹簧直接载荷式安全阀》规定,安全阀的排放压力应不超过1.1倍的整定压力(气体)或1.2倍的整定压力(液体)。 有2种产品回座压力不合格。回座压力达不到标准要求,会使被保护设备内的介质更多的被排放掉引起泄漏。推荐性国家标准GB/T12243-2005《弹簧直接载荷式安全阀》规定,安全阀的回座压力应大于85%的整定压力(气体)或80%的整定压力(液体)。 有4种产品开启高度达不到标准规定的要求。推荐性国家标准GB/T12243-2005《弹簧直接载荷式安全阀》规定,安全阀的开启高度应不小于四分之一的阀门喉径(气体)或二十分之一的阀门喉径(液体)。安全阀的开启高度影响排放量,安全阀在动作时,阀瓣应迅速开启和升高,这样能尽快地将被保护设备内的压力释放,减少排放时间,有利于设备、管道的安全。
