More than 4 years experience of software development, experience in supervising a development team is an advantage.
·    Skilled in Core Java or J2EE technologies, familiar with Unix environment and command, experience in popular open source framework is a plus.
·    Skilled in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML, skilled at Oracle DBMS development is required, experience in software testing is a plus
·    Substantial knowledge of open source framework, like spring/hibernate/ajax.
·    Have good understanding of oracle database.

.    Familiar with Web services or Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)  is highly preferred.
·    Development experience on UNIX environment is preferred.
·    Good team player, strong sense of responsibility and good flexibility under pressure
·    BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
·    Fluent in Oral, reading and written English or Japanese.
·    Sun certified Java certificate holder is highly preferred
