电线规格
1． 规格叙述方式0 z0 y' D/ k4 l   S. h/ s' E
写电线规格时，一般都从内到外来叙述，即芯线 隔离 外被5 s, f5 i+ [+ I! Z2 ^! @( u

2.规格说明
         ⑴芯线：
① 芯线由导体和绝缘组成。
② 导体规格用AWG（America Wiring Guage, 叫美国线规）来表示，AWG数越大，导体截面积越小。
③ 同一AWG导体，可以是由单一铜丝组成，也可以是由多根铜丝绞合组成。单根铜丝叫SOLID，多根铜丝绞合叫STRAIN。中国连接器论坛2 g* d: x   [! x) i3 x

⑤ 导体材质一般有铜（有裸铜，镀锡铜，镀银铜，无氧铜<OFC>，单结晶无氧铜《PCOCC》），铜包钢，铜箔丝(将铜丝压扁缠包在尼龙丝上成铜箔丝)。通常用镀锡铜。
⑥ 芯线绝缘材质一般有：PVC，SR-PVC，LD-PE，HD-PE，FO-PE（FM-PE），EPR（乙丙烯橡胶），PP，FO-SKIN，XLPVC（照射性PVC），TFE（铁氟龙的一种），FEP（铁氟龙的一种）。 special field connector , line cable , automobile electron , fibre-optical , switch , communication equipment and ⑦ 芯线有Single Wire(单芯线)用C表示，有Twisted Pair(对线)用PR表示，Coxial(同轴线）用COAX表示。# l' r7 j! {3 q   v! {8 o8 z9 p
      ⑵隔离：电线里的隔离一般由下述隔离方式互相组合而成。

① 单隔离(single shielded, foil shielded)：一般为A或Aewww.chinatyco.cn8 x   y/ E& Y0 T& T
② 双隔离（double shielded）:可以为AB, AeB, AS
③ B，S，e的材质一般是镀锡铜。
      ⑶外被：
① 外被材质一般有PVC，PU，NYLON，FEP，TFE，PE (RG型同轴电缆，R：Radio
frequency<高周波>, G ：Goverment<管理机构>)
② 外被有光滑型，齿状。
③ 光滑型外被有分亮面，雾面。NON-UL电线一般为亮面，UL电线一般为雾面。
