立体仓库系统AS/Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS system)

    是企业物流的一个重要组成部分，作为一个物流系统，采用先进技术，提高作业效率，合理控制库存量，降低物流成本，不断提高企业管理水平，从而提高企业经济效益。
    随着现代仓储物流行业迅速发展，自动化立体仓库（AS/RS)系统得到了进一步发展，成为连接生产与流通消费领域的重要环节。在系统技术上得到了不断提高，目前系统采用集成化物流计算机管理控制（WMS)系统，并应用激光定位技术、红外通讯、现场总线控制技术、条形码扫描、RF系统等先进技术。WMS系统可以与ERP系统信息交换,功能齐全，性能可靠，真正做到了连接生产与消费的桥梁作用。立体仓库系统将发挥出越来越重要作用，在各行各业的仓库和配送中心将被更广泛的应用。 

Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS system) 

       The Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS system) is a complex arrangement of a building concrete part, a high bay steel racking system with integrated stationary hoist systems, their input and output areas and the storage and retrieval machines running in the racking aisles. It is extensively applied in manufacturing, logistics industries, such as the warehouse of finished goods and purchased material for large manufacturers, flexible automatic system (FAS), large logistics centers and distribution centers, etc. 

重型仓储货架Selective rack(又称横梁式货架)

    重型仓储货架,又称横梁式货架或者拣选式托盘货架，一般以托盘单元方式储存，并适当得配合叉车作业.适合各种仓库，是最简单也是最广泛使用的货架形式。 
    重型仓储货架是使用最广泛的托盘类货物存储系统，通用性也较强。其结构是货架沿仓库的宽度方向分成若干排，其间有一条港道，供堆垛起重机、叉车或其他搬运机械运行，每排货架沿仓库纵长方向分为若干列，在垂直方向又分成若干层，从而形成大量货位，用以用托盘存储货物。 
        Selective Racking is the most cost effective storage system with the lowest equipment and capital costs. It provides direct access to all pallets for {bfb} accessibility and good stock rotation. Pallets can be located, accessed and moved individually, providing rapid handling of palletised goods. It provides easy beam adjustment and accommodates variable pallet heights. Lower level pallets can be located on the floor for picking purposes. This lowers structure costs. Alternatively additional beams can be added for lower level picking. Infinitely adjustable and offering a wide range of options and components to accommodate specialized load types.

贯通式货架Drive-in, Drive-through rack(又称通廊式货架)

     贯通式货架,又称通廊式货架。他的的优点是仓库利用率高，可实现先进先出或先进后出，适合储存大批量，少品种的货物。
    贯通式货架又称为“驶入式货架”。这是一种不以通道分割的、连续性的整栋式货架，在支撑导轨上，托盘按深度方向存放，一个紧接着一个，这使得高密度存储成为可能。货物存取从货架同一侧进出，“先存后取，后存先取”。平衡重及前移式叉车可方便地驶入货架中间存取货物。贯通式货架投资成本相对较底，适用于横向尺寸较大、品种较少、数量较多且货物存取模式可预定的情况，常用来储存大批相同类型货物。由于其存储密度大，对地面空间利用率较高，常用在冷库等存储空间成本较高的地方。贯通式货架非常适合那些货品种类少但储藏量大的仓储应用。叉车可自由的进出于货架之间的走廊从而使仓库得到{zd0}限度的利用。

        Higher utility of the warehouse space, the drive-in rack only can be operated in the end, while the drive-through rack can be operated in both ends. This type is suitable for very large quantities of the same product.For cost-effective, high-density storage, Drive-In / Drive-Thru pallet racking is often the best choice. Requiring fewer aisles, and providing better space utilization than standard selective pallet racks, Drive-In / Drive-Thru racking allows you to store up to 75% more pallets.

重力式货架Pallet live storage rack

 重力式货架的仓库利用率极高，利用货物的重力由入库端自动滑到出库端，达到入出库的柔性联结。先进先出，尤其适合于有时间要求的货架存储。
    重力式货架是一种利用存储货物自身重力来达到存储深度方向上使货物运动的存储系统。较多用于拣选系统中。常与流利装置和辊道配合使用，取倾斜布置。“先进先出”型存取模式，存货时托盘从货架斜坡xx送入滑道，通过导向轮下滑，逐个存放；取货时从斜坡低端取出货物，其后的托盘逐一向下滑动待取。托盘货物在每一条滑道中依次流入流出，因而不会漏检，故特别适用于易损货物和大批量同品种、短时期储存的货物。仓库利用率极高，运营成本较低，但对通道物流布局有特殊要求。

 With very high utility of storage space, pallets stored on inclined gravity rollers from input side to output side, thus following FIRST IN, FIRST OUT principle, particularly suitable for goods having few SKU’s and time limit of storage. This kind of racking is normally serviced by forklift and fork trucks. Fork trucks never enter the rack. Picking and Replenishment sides are separate. Pallets are fed in from one side, and retrieved from the opposite side eliminating double handling from the receiving area. Speed of throughput combined with automatic stock rotation is the major advantage of this system.

流利式货架Carton flow rack(又称自滑式货架)

    流力条式货架又称自滑式货架，其特点是货物具有流动性，先进先出，尤其适合生产流水线及流通作业。

       The carton flow rack allows the hand loaded goods roll under inclined gravity from one side to another side on plastic rollers, following FIRST IN, FIRST OUT principle, particularly suitable for assembly line, order picking, packing and dispatch area.

阁楼式货架Multi-tier rack

    阁楼式货架采用多层搁板式货架结构，提高仓库空间利用率，适合存储人工拣选的小批量、多品种货物。
    阁楼式货架的底层货架不但是保管物料的场所，而且是上层建筑承重梁的支撑(柱)，可设计成多层楼层(通常2-3层)，配有楼梯、扶手和货物提升电梯等。阁楼式货架适用于库房较高、货物较轻、人工存取、储货量大的情况，也适用于现有旧仓库的技术改造，可提高仓库的空间体用率。其底层承重梁的跨距如果缩小，则建筑费用也可大大降低。

       The multi-tier rack has more than one tier, which increases the utility of the warehouse space. It is suitable for the high warehouse with small goods, manual picking and big deposition. The multi-tier rack uses the pole of shelf as the supporting of the floor and the floor may be two or three tiers, equipped with stair and goods elevator.

悬臂式货架Cantilever rack

    悬臂式货架的特点是前伸的悬臂结构轻巧，载重能力好，对存放不规则或是长度较为特殊的物料时，能大幅度提高仓库的利用率和工作的效率。
    悬臂式货架适用于存放长物料、环型物料、板材和不规则货物。托臂可是单面或双面。增加了搁板后,特别适合空间小、密度低的库房,管理方便,视野宽阔。与普通搁板式货架相比空间利用效率更高,存取货物更方便、快速、对货物的存放一目了然。

        With the reaching cantilever beam, the cantilever rack has simple structure and high load capacity, especially suitable for effective storage and handing of items such as long pipes, bars or other similar long-length items.

      Using cantilever also puts hard-to-store materials into an orderly storage system where they are more accessible and easier to track. Product and inventory control becomes easily accessible for hand or forklift loading and retrieval. Stored items are presented in a highly visible manner, expediting inventory control.

库架一体式货架 
    库架一体式货架造价低廉，极大地降低了建造成本。工期快，利用率高。

        Rack supported warehouses (self-supported warehouses) are an economical and space-saving option for new buildings. The upright racking system can support the roof and walls of the warehouse.

输送机Conveyor

 输送机可分为无动力和有动力二种，物体可沿水平或曲线路径进行输送。具有输送量大，运转轻快、噪音低、安装维修方便、造价低等优点，广泛应用于流水生产线及仓储物流系统。

周边设备Logistics Accessories

 金属托盘，木托盘，塑料托盘，网式货厢及其他周边设备。

 steel pallet, wooden pallet, plastic pallet, mesh container and other accessories
