冷轧防弹钢板的性能通过淬火强化,低温回火后的力学性能为:σs≥180kg/mm2, σb≥200kg/mm2,δs≥8%,同时具有一定的焊接性能和深冲性能(退火状态)。它与国外低合金超高强度钢比较,如美国的D6AC、4340、300M、前苏联的30CrMnSiNi2A等,在强度指标方面是相当的。其冷轧薄板的实际使用强度均超过180Kg/mm2,延伸率超过8%。在抗弹性能方面,超过美国钢盔用高碳高锰高合金奥氏体钢,日本,前苏联,德国防弹用中低合金超高强度钢。可见该钢在综合性能上是非常优秀的。但它并不是xx无缺的,它的防脱碳能力差,对后期热处理设备要求较高。
