Spectrometer光谱仪
The McPherson 1-meter focal length grazing incidence spectrometer (Model 248/310G) is equipped to operate in several modes. The photo below shows a unit in current production. This instrument is equipped with a 40-mm wide open microchannel plate intensified detector with a large 1024-pixel square CCD for readout. The microchannel plate is a 2-stage chevron design complete with a high voltage pulser for gated operation in the 10 to 80-nanosecond range. Faster or slower gating systems may also be provided.
McPherson1米焦距掠入射单色仪（Model 248/310G）配备在几种模式下运行。下面图示是目前生产的一台设备。该设备配有一个40mm宽开放式微通道板增强探测器，带一个1024像素的方形CCD用于读出。微通道板是一个两层波纹设计，具备一个高压脉冲发生器，用于选通操作在10 至 80纳秒范围。快速或慢速选通系统可能也会提供。

MCP chamber mounts channel plate tangential to Rowland circle and may be scanned for different wavelength coverage. MCP may be adjsuted for tip, tilt and focus.
