Requirements: -Set up China Sales budget, and drive a strategy to achieve the target -Grow, lead and motivate a sales team from scratch -Review and establish a more efficient order fulfilment procedure -Develop sales channels in different regions and industries -Must be able to support MD to build 'bridges' with overseas colleagues and HQ. Qualifications: -3-5 years sales experience with industrial rotating equipment sales (with foreign multi-national company) -3-5 years sales experience in selling experience to environment, pharmaceutical/food & beverage industry, oil & gas, chemical process markets -Experience leading a sales team by target setting, sales plan formulation, and motivating a sales team -Experience developing a nation wide distribution network, supporting distributors, locating, educating and motivating distributors -Engineering background (Mechanical preferred. Environmental, manufacturing, process, chemical or electrical acceptable) -Proficiency in written & spoken English |
