China’s Iron Ore Consumption is among the world’s highest given China’s income. According to a latest study, Given China’s GDP per capita, China’s Iron Ore consumption of around 1000 Kg per capita makes it one of the highest in the world. The only other country that could be perceived at the similar level is Australia with a staggering 2000 Kg per capita consumption of Iron Ore. On the other hand, the traditional western powers, such as USA, UK and Germany, all have very low Iron Ore consumption per capita compared to their high GDP per capita.
