摘 要
本铜铝管焊接工艺过程及其特点,将焊接工艺过程分解为6个动作,其中包含的运动均为直线运动,根据铜铝管焊机的实际工作需求,分析电路的工作原理,设计PLC外围电路,在此基础上,设计完整的控制程序,并进行模拟调试。通过PLC的选型,PLC外围电路的设计,开发一个铜铝管焊机的控制电路,提高了铜铝管对焊机的定时精度,从而实现铜管与铝管高质量焊接。

ABSTRACT
This copper aluminum tube welding process process and the
characteristic, the welding process process decomposition will be 6
movements, contains the movement is the translation, according to
the copper aluminum tube welding machine's practical work demand,
analyzes electric circuit's principle of work, designs the PLC
peripheral circuit, based on this, designs the complete control
procedure, and carries on the simulation debugging. Through the PLC
shaping, the PLC peripheral circuit's design, develops a copper
aluminum tube welding machine's control circuit, increased the
copper aluminum tube butt welding machine's timing precision, thus
realizes the copper pipe and the aluminum tube high grade
welding.
