职位：试验室技师（正式工作，派遣员工，与外服签约）
岗位职责：
1. 了解试验要求，熟悉并掌握相应的实验规范和试验方法。
2. 根据试验规范及试验方法，搭建符合试验要求的试验设施或装置，完成试验车辆、系统或部件的安装于拆卸等；协助工程师进行非标试验装置、试验夹具、电子电路、辅助装置等的司机、加工、装配等。
3. 根据试验工程师下达的指令参照是呀指导书，完成试验、测试与监控等任务；正确使用试验设备与设施，记录试验过程与试验数据，确保试验结果与数据准确、有效。
4. 不断学习、掌握新的是呀技术与试验方法，熟悉各试验设备的使用与操作。
5. 负责并执行试验设备的日常维护与保养，确保试验设备正常工作。
素质要求：
1. 大专/高职或以上学历，具备机械/汽车/电器或其他相关专业知识。
