Into the sunshine,
Full of the light,
Leaping and flashing
From morn till night!
喷入阳光，
光辉弥满；
跳跃闪亮，
从早到晚！
Into the moonlight,
Whiter than snow,
Waving so flower-like
When the winds blow!
喷入月光，
白过雪霜；
清风徐来，
鲜花怒放！
Into the starlight,
Rushing in spray,
Happy at midnight,
Happy by day.
喷入星光，
浪花飞溅，
午夜沉醉，
白昼狂欢。
Ever in motion,
Blithesome and cheery,
Still climbing heavenward,
Never weary;
运动不息，
快乐无边；
永攀青天，
不觉疲倦；
Glad of all weathers,
Still seeming best,
Upward or downward
Motion thy rest;
不论阴晴，
欢乐依然，
升腾坠落，
动中求安；
Full of a nature
Nothing can tame,
Change every moment,
Ever the same;
活力充沛，
无法驯服；
刻刻流转，
精华永驻；
Ceaseless aspiring,
Ceaseless content,
Darkness or sunshine
Thy element;
奋进不断，
成就不断，
无论明暗，
同归本原；
Glorious fountain!

Fresh, changeful, constant,
Upward like thee!
