We 19 delegates from 12 countries and areas visited a newly built 123,000 m3 LNG carrier for MISC during that period. I was excited in visiting of such a special purpose carrier for her sophisticated know-how, material and workmanship. I have been desiring China would made it one day since then and China did it few years ago in Shanghai. As a Chinese, I am so delighted for such a great success China has obtained in
