污水处理设备单螺杆泵国家环境保护标准技术
审查会在京举行
本报讯： 6月23日在国家环境保护部西楼召开了污水处理设备单螺杆泵环境保护标准技术审查会，环境保护部科技标准司调研员姜宏主持会议，由环境保护产业协会、环境保护部污防司、清华大学、北京市政设计院、污水处理企业以及部分螺杆泵生产厂家组成专家组人员，会上审查通过了单螺杆泵国家环境保护技术标准，从而为规范该产品的制造及使用提供了依据。
据悉，环境保护部为规范环保产品的技术要求，统一各生产厂家的技术标准，提高设备的运行效率，淘汰落后产口，促进节能减排，特制订相关环保设备的技术标准。单螺杆泵是环保产品系列之一，是采用刚性转子在弹性定子腔内绕偏心进行行星回转，从而实现介质连续不断地输送，目前该泵已广泛应用于污水处理、发电厂脱硫、矿山灰渣等含固率25%以下的介质输送。按照国家环境保护部办公厅2008年下发《关于开展2008年度国家环境保护标准制修订项目工作的通知》和353号《环境保护产品技术要求--螺杆泵》的编制计划，中国环境保护产业协会（水污染治理委员会）、杭州兴龙泵业有限公司组织共同完成了该标准的起草。
为审查编制的标准是否符合相关规定，能否达到提高产品质量与使用寿命的要求，环境保护部特组织全国各地专家进行会审。与会专家在听取了起草单位对该标准编制的主要技术内容、编制工作过程、征求意见及处理情况等说明后，对标准的内容进行了逐字逐句地审查，通过充分讨论后提出了修改意见和建议，环境保护部标准司将吸取专家的提出意见修改标准，经环境保护部相关部门的审核后予以发布。

discussed, and puts forward the opinion and the suggestion,
modification, the standard of compiling minutes standard in the
council of the environmental protection department shall be issued
after the examination.
