环山路泵站设备安装如火如荼进行
6月21日，环山路新建泵站的3台水泵的套管已安装固定完毕。这是由我处自己的技术队伍又一次成功自行安装泵机。由有着丰富安装经验的市级劳动模范肖荣强及泵站维修能手赵忠强、电焊工崔青山、张红兵、电工邵剑锋5名泵站维修人员组成的安装小组，自6月12接到环山路新建泵站3台110KW潜水排污泵的水泵、出水管及电气设备的安装工程任务后，就全力以赴地投入到工作中去。时间紧、任务重，他们放弃了端午节、双休日，加班加点忙碌在工地上；室外的温度高达三十五度以上，他们战高温，斗酷暑，从3台水泵的套管安装固定到出水管与法兰焊接不到十天时间，安装人员个个被晒成了“黑”人，衣服每天湿了一遍又一遍，没有一个喊苦叫累的。电焊工张红斌、崔青山的胳膊在焊接时都被溅出的火星灼伤过，仍然忍着疼痛继续工作。除了能吃苦，他们还是一个团结、智慧的集体，在工作中遇上困难时，每个人都积极动脑筋想办法。由于每根出水管体积庞大，在与法兰焊接时没有专用设备支撑，他们就“发明创造”出用钢板、铁棍、轴承制成的旋转支撑工具，既节约时间又方便焊接，大大提高了工作效率。泵闸管理所所长史伟也每天亲临安装现场，查看询问工作情况，为在一线辛苦工作的安装人员鼓舞士气。目前该泵站的3台水泵的套管已安装固定完毕，出水管与法兰的焊接工作仍在如火如荼的进行。
