IBM Systems Director是一个综合的系统管理平台,为复杂的IT环境提供单点管理和自动化功能,支持IBM各个系列的服务器和存储系统, 同时支持异构环境,可与其它软件产品整合并协同工作,是IBM系统与科技部门提升其平台管理能力,增强其在服务器市场的竞争能力的战略性产品。

IBM 系统与科技实验室（上海）的若干团队负责IBM Systems Director 的部分关键功能的开发工作以及测试工作。目前我们负责开发和测试采用全新架构的IBM Systems Director 6.x 版本,现面向社会及应届毕业生招聘软件开发工程师。

Skill Requirement
- Expert in Java programming language.
- Expertise of web programming (HTML, Ajax, JavaScript, Portal) is a good plus.
- Knowledge of eclipse and OSGi plugin programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of IBM Server and Storage series is a plus.
- Multi-platform Linux/UNIX/AIX knowledge, shell programming is a plus
- Excellent trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent team player
- Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
