基于Internet的辅助教学系统是一个由硬件、软件、教学内容、教学管理机构组成的一体化有机的系统。整个系统我们进行四个方面的设计，首先从物质基础我们可以进行它的硬件结构设计；设计它的教学系统支撑平台（环境）即它的软件结构；根据学生如何进行学习，从而设计它的教学内容的组织结构；依据实际开展教学工作，我们进行它的教学管理的组织结构设计。系统实现了利用网络辅助教学在给教学工作带来极大方便的同时，也是原来不太好实现的或者不可能实现的教学设计思想得以实现，比如，利用网络开展基于资源的学习、基于问题的学习、以及协作的学习等等。通过有效地的实现各种学习策略，就可以加强教学效果，提高教学质量。

The auxiliary tutoring system based on Internet is an organic system of integration made up of hardware, software, content of courses, teaching management organization.
