在各类楔形闸阀的阀体加工中,通常存在在楔角为2°5′的斜楔面上加工M85×2-6H螺纹的问题。   为了提高工效,特制了一次装夹完成两斜楔面上螺纹加工的车削工装,如图2所示。 1.工装的设计 (1)工件分析   该类工件具有对称性,如果将工件绕偏移量为e且平行于轴线的O1′O2′轴旋转180°,则右端螺纹的中心O2在原左端螺纹的中心线O1O的延长线上,且右端螺纹端面垂直于原左端螺纹中心线O1O,即与原左端螺纹端面平行。 (2)设计要求   从工件分析可知,要一次装夹完成两对称斜楔面上螺纹的加工,在加工左端螺纹时,左端螺纹中心O1必须在车床主轴中心线上,螺纹端面与主轴中心线垂直;在加工右端螺纹时,工件必须在夹具上旋转180°,旋转后右端螺纹中心O2也必须在车床主轴中心线上,且该螺纹端面与主轴中心线垂直。 (3)结构特点   在胎体1上有便于旋转的T型槽,胎体左端各回转尺寸的中心线与机床主轴中心线一致,这样可利用不同的转换法兰与不同的车床主轴联接;而胎体右端各回转尺寸的中心线及右端面的交点应上移h,使该中心线与车床主轴中心线的交点O在左端螺纹的中心线上,胎体右端斜面的倾角必须是2°52′。   为使工件旋转前后其左、右两端螺纹的中心都在车床主轴中心线上,胎板3右端各回转尺寸的中心线应相对于左端各回转尺寸的中心线向下偏移e。 (4)关键尺寸的计算   胎板3左、右两端旋转尺寸的中心偏差,即工件绕O1′O2′旋转的偏移量e=85/(2tg2°52′)。   胎体1左、右两端旋转尺寸的中心高差h=ltg2°52′。 2.夹具的装夹及应用   将夹具用转换法兰直接联接在车床上,与CW6163联接的转换法兰。利用工件上的法兰孔,用螺母12将工件压紧在夹具上,松开螺母5,转动夹具使胎板3上的刻度线与胎体1上的刻度线对正,定位销15进入定位套2后,拧紧螺母5。在工件上端与夹具上端一致时,车左端斜楔面上的螺纹,如不一致时,则车右端螺纹。加工完一端,停车,松开螺母5,将工件转180°,使胎板3上的刻度线与胎体件1上的刻度线对正,定位销15进入另端定位套,拧紧螺母5即可车削另端螺纹。   该夹具结构简单,只须更换不同的胎板,可用于加工不同尺寸的同类阀门。生产实践证明,该车削工装使用方便,一次装夹即可完成两斜楔面上螺纹的加工,xx可以保证产品的加工质量。
