  1、本标准规定了自卸汽车用换向阀的一般要求、性能要求、试验条件、试验装置、试验方法、型式试验与出厂试验、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。 本标准仅适用于以液压油为工作介质的自卸汽车举升系统用手动、气动和液动换向阀(以下简称阀)。 2、引用标准:QC/T460自卸汽车-液压缸技术条件;QC/T484汽车油漆涂层;GB/T3766液压系统通用技术条件;GB/T2828逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表。 3、一般要求: 1)换向阀应符合本标准的规定,并按照经规定程序批准的图样及技术文件制造。 2)所有零件须经质量检验部门检验合格后方能进行装配。 3)阀的公称压力的选择须参照QC/T460《自卸汽车—液压缸技术条件》的有关规定。 4)阀的进、出油口等结合部位,应采取防锈、防尘等保护措施。其余表面涂漆按QC/T484表1中TQ6规定涂漆。 5)所有密封件、防尘件在装配时应涂以机油或薄层润滑脂,并应保证不损坏密封件。 6)铸造件表面应光洁,不得有粘砂、龟裂、毛刺等有害缺陷。 7)换向阀在装配之前应清洗。 8)手动阀的操纵力应满足GB/T3766的有关要求。 4、性能要求: 1)试运转:换向阀在公称压力、额定流量的条件下应换向灵活,不得出现异常的声响,压力油的转换方向应准确无误。 2)压力损失:在额定流量条件下,阀各通道的压力损失不得大于0.3MPa。 3)内泄漏:进行内泄漏试验时,阀的每分钟内泄漏量不得超过额定流量的0.6%。   注:内泄漏量规定值为任一工作位置时各测量口泄漏量的总和。 4)耐压性:进行耐压试验时,阀不得出现破裂,各部位不得出现滴油等异常现象。 5)耐久性:进行耐久性试验后,应满足4.2和4.3的要求。
