Abstract
通过对现在市场和企业的调查发现，有很多的物业管理方面的系统，但是这中间有很多系统的可扩展性和完整性较差，调试工作不够简洁，造成不必要的资源浪费。该物业管理系统的研究和设计，是根据物业管理的需求分析，增强了系统的安全性和完整性，提高了系统响应的速度，可以实现一套系统，多部门使用。从而减少了维护费用以及人员培训费用，节省企业开支。
本系统是以Visual Studio 2005为开发工具，以SQL
Server2000数据库作为后台支持，各个模块主题鲜明，内容充实，而且简单实用，便于用户使用。通过实际调查和对软件开发流程的调研，本设计对所要开发的系统进行了详细功能需求分析，并做出相应的设计，通过综合分析和详细处理，设计了数据库结构和系统应用程序。
系统运行表明，本管理系统能部分满足物业管理的需求，大大减少了企业物业管理的人员的工作强度，使得企业的物业管理人员的工作效率大幅度的提高。

The system is Visual Studio 2005 for the development of tools
to support the SQL Server2000database as a background to each
module clear-cut theme, informative, and simple, practical,
user-friendly. Through the thorough investigation and the flow
investigation study, the paper has carried on the detailed function
demand analysis and made the corresponding design. Through the
generalized analysis and detailed processing, I have designed the
database structure and the system application procedure.
From the investigate to the market and enterprise, there are
many property management system, but theres expansibility is not as
good. The work to debug is not as brief, result in many resources
waste. This paper presents the design and realization of Property
Management System, according to the demand of the property
management, So it can increase the safety, integrality and the
reactive rate of the system .A system can be achieved,
multispectral use .Thereby reducing maintenance costs and personnel
training costs and save school spending .
