能力目标:能够熟练掌握形容词比较级用法。

情感目标:了解和熟悉国内外当前的各种购物场所及方式,使学生不仅增加商业知识,而且学会选择适合于自己的购物方式。

Ⅱ教学重点:掌握形容词的原级、比较级句型和用法。

Ⅲ典型语法:

一、比较级用法:表示两者(人或事物)的比较。形容词比较级之后用than引出比较的对象。例句:China is bigger than the USA.  This book is more exciting than that one. Peter speaks more loudly than Jane.

以“辅音字母+y”结尾的双双音节词,先改“y”为“i”,再加-er/ -est

Not as…as…表示甲在某一方面不及乙,常译为“不如……”.同义词组为not as …as…

2.Things to do 要做的事情

此处to do为动词不定式作名词things的后置定语,要用不定式的主动形式。

I have a lot of homework to do today.

Do you have something to eat?

3.Yes, I do but I think the grey coat is my size.

Size n. “尺寸,大小”,既可用来表示物体的大小,又可用来表示服装、鞋帽的的尺寸、号码。

What size常引导特殊疑问句,用来询问尺码。

What size shoes do you want?

Size 36.

思维拓展:be of a size 同一大小

take the size of 量……的尺寸

Your bag is of a size with mine.你的包和我的包一样大。

The clerk took the size of my waist.店员量了我的腰围。

4.I don’t agree.

Agree译为“同意;赞同”,表示同意某人的观点、意见、计划、建议等。可以单独使用,也可以接with,to介词短语或从句。

Who agrees to this plan?谁同意这个计划?

辨析:agree with与agree to

①agree with表示“意见一致”,后面常接表示“人”的词或宾语从句,也可以接表示“意见”和“看法”的词。We all agree with him.我们都同意他的意见。

②agree to表示“同意;赞同”(特别指在不同意或争论之后),后常接表示“建议”或“计划”的名词;接动词原形时构成动词不定式结构。He agrees to go there.
