【摘要】针对高精度磨床的加工精度要求,给出高精度数控内圆磨床结构、运动形式、进给系统、伺服控制系统设计方案,提出伺服控制软件结构、伺服定位单元的参数设置方法和伺服定位系统的现场调试方法,该伺服系统设计方案适合磨床工艺特点,能有效地保证磨床的加工精度。
【英文摘要】For the machining requirement of the high precision grinder,give the design plan of the high precision numerical control internal grinder that is about machine structure,motion form,feeding system,and servo control.Hand in the software structure of servo control,parameter setting of servo unit s and the test method of servo system.This design plan is suitable for grinder,may raise the machining precision.
