巴扬手风琴制造厂参访记-俄罗斯照片集（343）

编者按：年轻时也喜欢拉手风琴，但从来没有试过俄罗斯的“巴扬”手风琴。每当看到俄罗斯的手风琴演奏者右手飞快地在纽扣键盘上跳舞，奏出好听的俄罗斯民歌旋律，总有点不可思议的感觉。本集摄影作品取自于俄罗斯摄影爱好者沃坦基·希罗郭（Оттенки Серого）的LiveJournal，反映了作者参观一家传统的“巴扬”手风琴制造厂的经历。从中可以完整地了解“巴扬”手风琴的制造过程。

俄罗斯最早的手风琴出现在十九世纪早期，由于其动听的声音已经漂亮的外观，很快就得到大家的喜爱并逐渐普及。出现了好一些手风琴制造大师，因此手风琴生意日益兴隆，图拉成为俄罗斯“巴扬”手风琴的重要制造地之一。

1870年，俄罗斯手风琴制造大师尼古拉·贝洛布罗多夫（Nikolai Beloborodov）为了扩展手风琴的表演能力，试制了一种双排键盘的手风琴，以便表现包括七个基本音符和五个半音音符在内的十二音阶。

由于十月革命之前所有的私人手风琴工厂都是家庭作坊式的小厂，并不适合于大规模生产。1930年，图拉开始建造一所手风琴制造厂，几年以后就开始大批量地制造手风琴。

在前苏联时代，这里曾经是{zd0}的巴扬手风琴制造厂。全盛时期，每月可以制造出5000台巴扬手风琴和普通的键盘手风琴，不过现在的产量已经下降到每个月300台。其中{zpy}的单和弦六角手风琴纪念品只有5000卢布一台，最贵的多和弦手风琴可以买到四十二万卢布一台。
我打小就有一个疑问，一台手风琴是很难打碎的。我向该厂的总工程师发出了这个疑问。
- 当然！这就看用什么手段和工具了！如果我们用锤子去敲击伏特加酒瓶，那就必碎无疑。总工程师回答说。
- 例如，手风琴演奏者在像中国一样潮湿的地方长期旅行，这样手风琴会大量地吸潮变形。为此，所有用于手风琴制造的木材都要进行五年的风干，以便达到平衡含湿量。
- 是否会因裂开而需进行修理？
- 不会的，永远不会出现。
- 三月八日俄罗斯新年时，会不会在厂里搞些庆典？
- 有时，我们会请一些手风琴演奏队到这里演奏。
- 是不是厂里的工人都会演奏手风琴？
- 为什么一定要会演奏？他们按工艺制造手风琴，这才是最重要的。当然为了进行产品验收和调校，会弹两下。
厂里有三个车间，每个车间、金加工车间和装配车间。十分诧异的是，领着我们参观的竟是一位年轻的总设计师。在我的印象中，总设计师一定是一位经验丰富的老人。
我问总设计师：
- 设计一款新型号的手风琴需要多少时间？
- 如果用现成的零部件，大约只需一个月。
- 那么快？
- 没那么难。您看，手风琴的结构并不复杂。

传统上，纽扣手风琴的外表面贴的是赛璐珞贴片。各种型号手风琴的外观都是传统式样的。不带有夫拉（碳纤维复合材料）以及抛光铝的部件，因为，这样会导致声音的变化。当然，我们已经有了来自于意大利的做出了改进的琴箱，并把它们装到图拉厂的手风琴中。但是，我们依然认为这些手风琴声音有些不一样。

簧片的调音是一项重要的工作，所以每一位调音员有一间独立的工作间，以免相互干扰。

调音台下面有压缩空气吹入，待调音的簧片块上放有微型麦克风，以免检测簧片的发音频率。如果频率不符合要求，可以用锉刀将簧片锉薄些，改变簧片的重量也就改变了它的发生频率，直至符合要求。我们又问：“如果一下锉得太多怎么办？”调音师回答说那就调整到上一个与其相邻的音符。

通过计算机将检测到的声音转化成频率并显示出来，确保簧片发声正确无误。计算机上红色显示的C5，频率为522.9赫兹，因此不符合要求。.

即便一组组簧片组或整台手风琴组装好后，还要有手风琴的制作大师来试听调整，是手风琴音色的均衡性达到{zj0}状态。

组装调试一台手风琴是很耗费时间的活，例如一台图拉生产的xx手风琴“阔尔卡普萨”（ПОЛУКОРПУСА）手风琴至少得耗费三至四周的时间。
