Second, the sealing of glass and lamp shell is not recommended to use viscose, viscose will not only reduce the production efficiency of LED wall washing lamp, but also bring waterproof unsafe and unmaintainable problems.
If there is a small part of poor bonding, then the whole lamp will be scrapped.
If the appearance is handled well enough, it can be fixed with screws, and the current popular compact structure is also relatively reasonable.
In addition to the relatively slow production efficiency, we also need to pay attention to control the size and hardness of the rubber ring, too thick and too hard will greatly increase the difficulty of installation, too fine will lead to too tight glass pressure, rubber washer hardness of about 35 is more suitable for LED wall washing lamp.
Third, the protection design of wire hole.
When selecting protective screws for wire holes, PG7 or PG9 screws with round rubber washers can not be selected. This structure cannot stand the test of time, and aprons are often crushed on the production line.
Apron Z is good to choose flat cushion structure, edge width more than 3 mm, thickness more than 1.5 mm, as well as steel screws to choose.
Fourth, the problem of air dryness in high-power LED wall washing lamp can not be ignored, because the space of wall washing lamp is very large.
If the air is not dry enough during the sealing process, when the high temperature is not as expected, small water droplets may appear on the glass, resulting in the illusion of water inflow.
Therefore, it is not recommended to seal the lamp in a wet environment.
If there are no conditions to ensure a dry environment, remember to add an air respirator when designing the lamp.
