1产品的功能及适用范围   自力式三通温度调节阀(以下简称三通调温阀)是一种无 需外加能源而依靠被控介质自身温度变化进行自动调节的节能 产品。它集测量、执行、控制功能于一体,广泛应用在换热 设备、空调及各种柴油机、空压机、润滑设备、燃气轮机、发 电机组等设备的冷却系统油、水等温度的控制。   2工作原理   三通调温阀是根据液体的不可压缩和热胀冷缩原理进行工 作的。   3产品特点及规格   3.1特点:   (1)三通调温阀的感温热敏元件是在阀体内部,故不需外接 感温器;(3)三通调温阀三个出入口有多种安装型式选择与管道 相连;(3)三通调温阀体积小重量轻;(4)三通调温阀不需外接 能源,使用维护极为方便;(5)调温精度高且平稳;(6)调温阀设 有应急手动控制装置。   3.2规格:   DN15~200mm。   4按阀门结构型式分类分为:⑴转阀式(≥DN50);⑵滑阀 式(≤DN50)。   5三通调温阀设计参数及温度调节范围   5.1设计参数见表1。   5.2温度调节范围见表2。   5.3LZF转阀式调温阀安装型式见表3。   6设计选用要点   (1)先确定被控制的介质是油还是水。 (2)计算被控制的介质的流量m3/h。 (3)根据被控制的介质及其设计流量来选择三通调温阀口径。 (4)根据阀体材料(铸铜或T铸铁)、连接形式(F法兰、G管螺纹 、ZG锥管螺纹)、阀门结构型式(Z转阀式、H滑阀式)、温度 调节范围和安装型式(见表3)确定三通调节阀型号。 (5)根据三个阀口流体的不同流向,三通调温阀可用于 合流(如 图1)或分流(如图2)控制场合。   (6)合流式三通调温阀的作用是将两种不同温度的流体通过 阀门混合成温度介于前两者之间的第三种温度的流体,这种阀 有两个进口(B为高温入口,C为低温入口)和一个出口(A) ,感温元件装在出口(A)处。   分流式三通调温阀的作用是把一种流体通过阀后按比例分 成两路,当阀在关闭一个出口的同时就打开另一个出口,这种 阀有一个入口(A)和两个出口(B为旁通回流口,C为分流冷 却口)。   (7)三通调温阀可以替代一个二通阀和一个三通接管。 (8)转阀式三通调温阀有六种安装型式(见表3),适应任意管 向的联结,安装型式根据系统实际管路联结选定。   (9)三通调温阀可任意位置安装,但应急手动装置面应安装 在便于操作的位置。 (10)为防止介质中杂质卡死或堵塞,三通调温阀宜在该阀前设 置过滤器。
