大多数人喜闻乐见的节假日，对于外贸人而言，却有一种 “ 想说爱你不容易 ” 的痛。 当大部分人翘首以盼假日到来时，外贸人却恨不得全球无长假。

一、给老客户发通知

Inform your old customers

提前几个星期，发一封正式的时间表给客户，告诉他们：我们放假时间已经确定， 从明天到 XX 天，这段时间我们都不会在办公室，而是跟家人在一起，不过你有 什么紧急的需求或者询价，请联系我的私人电话： 13XXXXX ！虽然你们国家不过这个节日，但我还是祝你们跟我们一样享受接下来的几天。

Send your holiday arrangement to your old customers a few weeks or a month in advance, telling them:We have confirmed the vacation time from tomorrow to XX days, and we will be out of office during the holiday and stay with our families. So if you have any emergency needs or inquiries, please contact my private phone:

13XXXXX. Although it is not the holiday in your country, Iwish you enjoy the days as much as we do.

二、邮箱设置自动

Set email automatic reply

邮箱是可以自动设置回复的，能设置的就设置好，一些新客户有可能不了解中国 的假期，就发来询盘或者其他的邮件，不给客户任何消息不好。

E-mail can be set to reply automatically. We'll set it because some of the new customers don’t know much about the Chinese holiday and will send inquiry or other mail to you. It is impolite for us not to reply the customers.

三、工作不拖到节后

Do not leave the work

不要拖着尾巴回家过年，不能结束的工作做好记录了吗？这么长的假期，回来什 么都忘了，如果不记录，你会记不起当时做到了什么地方，前功尽弃。

Do not leave the work till the holiday end. Have you well recorded your work? After a long holiday, you will not remember your progress of work if you don’t take notes which means that what you have done before is in vain.

四、网站发布休假信息

Issue the holiday information

利用公共频道发布休假信息，方便快捷。

Use of public channels to issue the holiday information which is easy and convenient.

五、记下重要客户联系方式

Record the contact details

带回家，例如春节当天发个短信，或者打个电话，告知他们今天是我们中国最重要的节日，希望与你们共享。

Bring the contact details of the important customers and send a wish message or make a phonec all such as on the Chinese New Year day, to tell them today is the important day in China and hope to share the happiness with you.

六、资料备份

Data backup

电脑这玩意不好说，说不定漫长的几天哪里出问题，不是没有可能的，做好备份， 有备无患。

Make a backup of the computer in case there is anything wrong with the computer in the holiday.

七、设置手机邮箱客户端

Set the mobile email client

随时随地可以看到客户的邮件，不错过任何一个商机！
