Precision stamping manufacturing process has become an important part of the parts industry, most of the stamping hardware are used in aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding, machinery, chemical and other fields.
So how is the precision stamping manufacturing process produced and processed?
The precision stamping process has the advantages of high production efficiency, convenient operation and easy to realize mechanization and automation.
For the precision stamping manufacturing process as a whole, the precision stamping process is mainly affected by two factors: the type of equipment and the material of the workpiece.
I. technological advantages of precision stamping.
Precision stamping parts are made by stamping under the premise of low material consumption, and the parts produced are light in weight and good in stiffness.
Moreover, it also has high scale accuracy, uniform scale with the same module, and good interchangeability.
In the stamping process, because the appearance of the material is not easy to be damaged, it can retain good appearance quality and beautiful lubrication, which provides convenient conditions for follow-up surface treatment.
Second, the material selection of precision stamping.
There are mainly three kinds of stamping processes: blanking, bending and stretching. Different processes have different requirements for sheet metal, and material selection should also be considered according to the general shape of the product and processing technology.
1. Blanking requires that the sheet should have enough plasticity to ensure that the sheet does not crack during blanking.
The soft material has good blanking performance, so the parts with smooth cross section and small inclination can be obtained after blanking.
2. The sheet to be formed by bending should have enough plasticity and low yield limit.
The sheet with high plasticity is not easy to crack during bending, and the sheet with lower yield limit and lower elastic modulus has small springback deformation after bending, so it is easy to get the bending shape with accurate size.
The material with higher brittleness must have a larger relative bending radius during bending, otherwise it is easy to crack in the bending process.
3. Deep drawing is a difficult process in precision stamping, so it requires not only the drawing depth as small as possible, the shape as simple and smooth as possible, but also the good plasticity of the material. otherwise, it is easy to cause quality problems such as overall distortion and deformation of parts, local wrinkling, and even tension cracking of drawing parts.
