报警距离：

1.报警方式：语音报警，有开机、关机、语音报警、电压档位播报、自检、电量提示等多段语音提示。

2.支持电压220/380V、10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV电压，预警器为六档电压选择，无波段开关、一键式电子切换电路安全可靠。

3.每隔4小时电压档位会自动切回较灵敏的10KV档位，防止误设置为高电压档位。

User Manual of YJM-81 SHIANDAR Anti-Electric Shock Voice Warning Device

YJM-81 SHIANDAR anti-electric shock voice warning device is applicable to work environment of 220V/380V、10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV and 500KV. It is designed for operators of power generating, transforming, and distributing devices, as well as rural power equipments and electric devices, as an extremely useful supplementary safety devices for electricians and electrical operators.

Introduction of Performance

1. The warning distances are listed in the following table:

2.Press turn the band switch to suitable position before using the warning device, such as “35KV” and you will hear the voice prompt of “35KV”, which means the warning device is turned on and ready to work.

3.At the time of normal service, the warning device will switch to “10KV” automatically at every 4 hours for the purpose of preventing error working at high voltage level. “10KV” is the default voltage level of the warning device.

4.If danger voltage is detected, the warning device gives voice prompt of “Danger, electric shock! Keep away”. Follow the operation instructions now and take care.

5. Self-detection function: Press the button for 1.5s or longer, a self-detection voice prompt can be heard, such as “self-detection, 220KV”.

6.Replace the battery if voice prompt of “Low power, replace the battery please!”. Applicable battery: CR2450 button cell (3V).

7. Please turn the band switch to suitable position before using the warning device. After the device is turned on, test the device with simulation inspection, Only if the device works normally in the simulation inspection, you can use it for work. If no voice prompt can be heard when starting the device for several times, it means the power of the battery has been used out and you need replace the used battery with new CR2450 button cell (3V) before you use it again.

8. When you check or repair aerial power lines, communication lines or electric device, and you are within the warning distance, if the warning device sounds continual alarms, it means you are too close to the lines and the electric equipments, so please be careful of your safety during work.

9.The warning device is applicable only to voltage of 220V or higher with working frequency of 50HZ-60HZ and relies on digital filtering to keep away from interference. It works stably and reliably. Attention: the warning device does not work for direct current, high frequency current or static electricity.

10.Before doing the test, please use, in the indoors environment, a 4M wire coated with insulating layer as an aerial power line to test the alarm distance for the voltage 220V. At the time of wiring, connecting the wire to the plug and insert into a 220V socket. Make sure the line is a 220V live line. Remember that if a power socket is used, it serves only to test whether the warning device can sound alarm but cannot be relied to determine the alarm distance. This alarm has passed strict test before leaving the factory.

11.Installation: Double-faced adhesive tape is designed on the back of the warning device, which makes it easy to glue the warning device to the safety helmet. Pull straight the antenna and fix the antenna on the safety helmet with a QC label. The safety helmet shown in the picture is for illustration only, with the lining removed.

Important: For your safety, please use the products properly ,do not make it collided, crashed, or pressed, Keep the products away from moisture or humidity since it is an electronic product and don’t disassemble or repair it unless you are authorized to do so.

One year warranty service (for non-man-made damage) is provided and the service life of the warning device is three years (cost of materials will be charged only outside the warranty period).
