雕刻花岗岩专用石材雕刻机

很多石材装饰、石碑加工都是采用花岗岩这类材料，但是很多石材雕刻机朋友都不太喜欢雕刻这么硬的资料，所有石材种类当中花岗岩算是硬度非常高的资料了。一般都雕刻一些大理石、砂岩、青石、人造石等硬度的资料。要我说要雕就雕花岗岩。不要认为他硬度高，其实选择好合理的刀具、设定好合理的参数，就和雕刻低硬度的材料一样。

　　所以选择刀具的时候要选择密度和强度都要好一些的刀具。高硬度的金刚石刀具，或者是高密度的金刚砂刀具都是比较好的选择。使用金刚石刀具的时候要确保主轴的高转速，花岗岩的硬度和密度都比较高，一般设置在2000转每分钟就可以。对于金刚砂的刀具，一定要选择那种内面很多层的那种，否则就不耐磨，而且这种金刚砂的刀具一定要保证冷却水的及时供应，水流要尽量大，喷到刀头上的面积要尽量大。这种金刚砂刀具一旦冷却水跟不上就很快会烧坏。
