1、适用范围：主要用于各种PP料、PE、PET、PPB等制品的丝印移印。
2、产品特性：亮光、遮盖力高、附着力佳、耐冲压、耐天那水、耐丁酮、耐汽油。
3、稀释剂：用我司专用稀释剂或783开油，用718洗网水清洗网版。
4、固化剂：不需添加。
5、油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀，取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度使用。
6、干燥时间：逢然干燥：室温表干5-10分钟，实干24小时；烘烤干燥，80-100度烤20-30分钟，油墨层方可达{zj0}性能。
【性能检测】
1、3M胶带划百格测试：{bfb}无脱落
2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3、耐丁酮测试：用脱脂棉沾丁酮以500G力水平来回100次无脱色。
4、耐天那水测试：用脱脂棉沾天那水以500G力水平来回100次无脱色。
【注意事项】
1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2、做好承印物的表面xx油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。
3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，需要xx固化后方可检测。
4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免皮肤直接接触。
7、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。
