本产品主要用于未处理之PP、OPP、BOPP、PET、PBT、PA尼龙、己处理之PE、LDPE、HDPE制品；亦可用于ABS、PMMA哑克力、硬质PC、玻纤、玻璃钢、树脂、密胺制品以及各种金属、电泳、阳极氧化铝、电解板、铝塑板、喷塑、喷粉、静电喷漆面、烤漆面、PU漆面、UV漆面、强化镜片等制品的丝印及移印。


2、产品特性：高亮光、遮盖力高、附着力佳、耐水煮、耐酒精、耐手汗、耐白电油、耐汽油、耐正己烷及各种动植物油脂等。


3、稀释剂：用我司B-03专用稀释剂或783开油，用718洗网水清洗网版。


4、固化剂：单组份使用，特殊要求可选择添加我司JS-10专用固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及物理化学抗性，添加量为10%-15%，增加固化剂的添加比例，可以加强附着力，但会减弱油墨色浓度及减慢油墨干燥速度，当固化剂添加比例超过20%时，有必要进行烘烤干燥。


5、油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀，取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度。如需添加固化剂，先加固化剂搅拌后静置10分钟，待油墨与固化剂xx交联后再进行稀释。


6、干燥时间：常温干燥，表干时间5-10分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达{zj0}性能。


7、添加固化剂后的使用时限：6-8小时，过期请弃用，剩余油墨不可回收。


 


【性能检测】


1、3M胶带划百格测试：{bfb}无脱落


2、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回500次无脱色。


3、耐汽油测试：用脱脂棉沾93#汽油以500G力水平回来30次无脱色。


4、耐白电油测试：用脱脂棉沾6#白电油以500G力水平回来200次无脱色。


5、耐正己烷测试：用脱脂棉沾正己烷以500G力水平回来200次无脱色。


6、耐手汗耐试：用大拇指紧压印刷面5分钟后，再用力来回磨擦100次无脱色。


7、耐油脂测试：常温下涂上机油、防锈油、花生油、牛油、黄油及色拉油24小时后抹去，然后用3M胶带划百格测试{bfb}无脱落。


8、耐水煮测试：在沸水中煮30分钟取出抹干，然后用3M胶带划百格测试{bfb}无脱落。


 


【注意事项】


1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。


2、做好承印物的表面xx油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。


3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，


需要xx固化后方可检测。


4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。


5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。


6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免皮肤直接接触。


7、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。

Method of use:
1, before the use should be fully mixing, use at any time after the closure;
2, mixing an additional 10-15% in oil and water, diluted to printing viscosity;

4, shall not be mixed with other types of ink.
The matters needing attention:
1, the plastic material of similar appearance, but may be of different materials, customers need to try to determine its requirements, and then bulk printing;
2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out,may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste can be;
3, the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the quality of the original ink;
4, according to the climate change, please stay away from fire, stored in dark environment.
